What a start to a crusade! God showed up in a powerful way in Howell, MI. Tonight’s meeting was hard fought and we knew it would be powerful. And so far it has been.

We began the day by streaming Charlie Kirk’s memorial service. I didn’t know Charlie personally, but from what I’ve learned about him he would have been ecstatic to see the entire globe witnessed to in such a genuine way. There are credible reports that people accepted Christ as a result of the memorial service.

We have a world of people suddenly asking if this Savior is truly worthy of their time, their attention, their surrender.

When worship began, Catherine and her team took the stage and ushered us into the presence of God. I often listen for the anthem of the moment, and this night it was the song, “Is He Worthy?” When they sang, “Is He worthy of all the blessing and honor and glory? Is He worthy of this? He is,” it was the word of the moment. We have a world of people suddenly asking if this Savior is truly worthy of their time, their attention, their surrender. And we must seize this moment to tell them: “Yes! He is!”

What I most appreciated, it was not being asked in a gentle, childish way. The spirit of the question, as the song was sung, was in the spirit of a challenge. It is the spirit I hear as I engage with people dealing with the aftermath of Charlie’s assassination. People are desperate for answers.

Mario took the stage and quickly moved into his message. He said he’d never done a crusade that had more going against it than this one. And told the people the Devil must be really mad at them.

Mario said there are two things we don’t hear anymore. First, preaching the message of the Cross, of Christ, and of the Gospel. We talk around it but we don’t preach it.

He quoted T. L. Osborn, who said the reason we don’t see miracles is because we talk about Jesus, but we don’t quote Jesus.

Secondly, we don’t ask people to come to God publicly. Mario said that he doesn’t want you to get mildly saved, but to get radically saved.

He moved into his message and said the assassination of Charlie Kirk must be addressed in a way it hasn’t been so far. He said he doesn’t believe the proper outrage has struck America yet.

Mario said the number one question we have been receiving is, “Why did God allow this to happen?” He said there are thousands of new Turning Point clubs being formed in the coming weeks. And that God will use Charlie’s death. He quoted the saying that a tyrant’s rule ends when they die, but a martyr’s influence begins when they die. But we’d still rather have Charlie.

He said it was a disastrous tragedy. And anyone who said something bad about Charlie Kirk during this season is serving the Devil. Only Satan can put those words in your mouth.

Mario said that we only ask why the Lord allows things when something bad happens. When we are living for ourselves and our own pleasure we don’t ask why God allowed that. But that they both work on the same premise which is free will.

He said something has changed that allowed this now – a massive surge of evil in the world.

“Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the Devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time” (Revelation 12:12).

We are seeing a surge in evil in the world because Jesus is coming soon!

He said our end time doctrine is messed up. He asked, how is the world going to end? Is it when something happens in Israel, or when a one world government is formed, or when the antichrist appears? The answer is, ‘No.’ And that defeatist spirit has wrecked the Church, taken us off the front line, and kept us from Holy Ghost soulwinning. He said we ought to be winning more souls right now than we ever have.

He said Charlie’s death is a momentary example that although Satan has tried to bury the Bible, tried to silence the Church, tried to spread hatred everywhere; this is a message that you cannot stop. It will go everywhere, throughout the world.

The Bible said that nation would rise against nation, race against nation, and they are. There’ll be convulsions in nature. There will be wars and rumors of war.

He said there is no option. It’s not in Islam, not in Buddhism. Not in the church of Oprah. But it’s in the Word of God. In the Bible you find peace, power, and a roadmap for a life with meaning, purpose and power.

He said Jesus only spoke once about how the world would end, in Matthew:

“And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved. And this gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come” (Matthew 24:12-14).

He said this Gospel that they’ve tried to stop, that they’ve tried to cancel, that is not welcome in the nations of the world, but has been held true by the underground Church, this Gospel will grow and prevail.

Mario said it is time to win souls. He said while the death of Charlie is the most heinous crime of our lifetime, God will use it in what the Bible says, “Except a seed fall in the ground and die it abides alone. But if it dies it will bear much fruit.” He said Charlie’s death is a momentary example that although Satan has tried to bury the Bible, tried to silence the Church, tried to spread hatred everywhere; this is a message that you cannot stop. It will go everywhere, throughout the world.

The message is that you can get off drugs, you can get off hate, you can get off fear, off suicide, and the demon will come out. And that fear in your heart will be erased because the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the greatest thing mankind has ever heard.

Hollywood lies to us and tells us that God and the Devil are equally matched. But in Revelation we see a lowly angel, not even named, has the power to bind the Devil for a thousand years.

Mario shared about the time Jesus went up the mount and was transfigured, then came back down and was confronted by a demon. Then said we’ve basked in glory and understood the five-fold ministry, statements of how to colonize planet earth, and we’ve got doctrines that only exist in the vacuum of a group of Spirit filled believers that are not aware of evil.

He said the death of Charlie Kirk is a wakeup call to Christianity. We are not playing a game. We are not here to feel blessed. We are in a war. And when you don’t know you are in a war, you couldn’t be in more danger.

Mario declared, the hour of soulwinning is back in the Church. Now is the hour of winning the lost, like never before. He said there are two thrills that are the greatest on earth. The second greatest is to lead a soul to Christ, but number one is to be the person being led to Christ. Because when you are born again you no longer fear rejection.

Mario answered, “Because something is coming to America!” And a cheer rose up from the crowd!

Mario then returned to the story about the boy with the demon. And when it was confronted by Jesus it began to scream, because it knew it was about to come out.

We are watching a leftist, Islamic, communist scream. And you have to ask yourself why are they screaming? Why are congressmen, comedians, talk show hosts, and individuals across America screaming the most vile things they’ve ever said?

Mario answered, “Because something is coming to America!” And a cheer rose up from the crowd!

Mario said, the problem for the Left and the Devil is that instead of Charlie Kirk’s assassination making us afraid, it has awakened a sleeping giant.

He said Charlie Kirk was not killed because of racism he didn’t have or the transphobia that is a myth. They killed him because they had no answers for his arguments.

The world can promise you pleasure, success, and fame, but look at the list of things they cannot do, that Christ can do. Depression will leave your life, loneliness will leave, fear will go away, addiction will go away, you will know the daily life that has meaning, purpose and direction.

People stood all over the Tent, and then when prompted, came to the front.

He had the people close their eyes and then began to speak to those who were ready to surrender their life to Christ. He had them raise their hands and then stand to their feet. Then he appealed to those who knew they should have stood and didn’t, or those who brought someone to offer to stand with them.

Seeing our fellow brothers and sisters restored to the Kingdom. Set free from the lie of captivity. Restored to life in Christ. Returned to the family.

It was a beautiful sight as always. And then he prayed with them, then had them head out to our amazing team of volunteers ready to greet them and pray with them as they begin their new life. Such a wonderful and amazing time.

As I headed back into the Tent preparing to hear Catherine and team sing as they usually do, the atmosphere shifted quickly and Mario began to call out some people who were being healed.

The first was a man to one side of the Tent who had been traumatized in his body. It was in his brain, and into the muscles and nerves of his body.

Next a woman toward the middle, in the back. She was to lay her hand on the heart of the man next to her and he was healed of heart disease.

The environment in the Tent at that moment was more holy as the power of the Spirit was clearly moving among the people and touching their bodies.

Another woman was healed in her limbs.

Then a person who had experienced two accidents, one in a car and the other in a fall. It caused disorientation and balance issues.

Then a man in the middle section laid his hand on the woman next to him. And she was being healed of a digestive issue.

Then another woman, healed in her stomach and her eyes, and her back.

He then had Catherine and team sing, “House of Miracles”. This was a departure from our usual camp meeting song “Look What the Lord Has Done,” but no less powerful. The environment in the Tent at that moment was more holy as the power of the Spirit was clearly moving among the people and touching their bodies.

After the worship team went down, Mario prayed that cancer and Parkinson’s, deafness, blindness, kidney disease, and spine disorders be healed.

Next he came down from the platform and into the crowd.

First he went to one spot and said there was someone who had difficulty sleeping but that that disorder was being removed and sleep was going to be restored.

He then went to a woman and revealed God had already told her she was going to be healed in her blood, joints, and breathing. It was a cascading number of autoimmune disorders that were being removed. Mario then had her stand and begin moving her arms. There was no pain, it had all left. Had her move her neck. Then had her walk out with him to the aisle and she took off running around the Tent.

Next he pointed out a woman and said her healing would come by laying her hand on the woman next to her. And the power of God would heal them both.

Then he went to a man and likewise his healing came by laying his hand on the shoulder of the woman next to him. Healing in lungs and heart, legs and spine. She was being healed in her hands, wrists, shoulders, neck, back, hips, knees, feet, and in her heart.

Then Mario had a woman pray for a man next to her, saying the man had made a life-threatening sacrifice in his youth and now he was being remembered by God. He was being healed in every vital organ in his body, his lungs, heart, and brain. Both ears were being healed.

Then Mario quoted the scripture where Peter told the man, “In the name of Jesus, get up and walk.” The man immediately rose to his feet and began to move freely, with no pain and ran back and forth in the aisle.

Then Mario had the next man over in the same row stand. He said this healing would mean this man’s life was being restored. That the calendar was being rolled back so the man could do something he thought was now too late. God said he was used to always being strong and able to get it done, but his body was attacked. His blood flow through his heart was being freed up. Also his spine was being healed, specifically the bone density in the spine and hip.

Next a woman a couple rows back. She was healed in her blood. Diabetes, heart disease, neuropathy of the feet, spine, and lung disease were all healed.

Then he went to a man toward the side of the Tent. Mario told him he would be full of strength and free of pain when he wakes in the morning. He was also healed in his heart and lungs.

Then Mario revealed that a woman behind him had a deep burden for those who are sick, and a desire to see them made well. And God said her belief was going to allow her to lay hands on the sick and see them recover.

Then Mario had her lay hands on the neck of the woman next to her. He next continued to move further to the side of the Tent where he had a woman stand up. He told her that something was being burned out of her. Next he had her lay her hand on the shoulder of the man next to her.

He interrupted this healing to point out others being healed of migraines, heart disease, and diabetes. All were in the next section over.

He then returned to the man with cancer that had spread in his body. And that the tumors in his body were beginning to be burned out of him. And when Mario said that you could see the power of God hit the man and he physically reacted. I can’t wait to hear the report.

Next he went to a man, had the man next to him lay his hand on the man’s back and heart. And said he was being healed in his pancreas, heart, lungs, spine, and feet.

Then Mario quoted the scripture where Peter told the man, “In the name of Jesus, get up and walk.” The man immediately rose to his feet and began to move freely, with no pain and ran back and forth in the aisle. Mario asked how his feet felt and the man said, “They feel good! They feel like they are supposed to!” And the people in the Tent praised God!

It was an amazing service. We don’t usually see God move like this on the first night, but it makes it even more special when it does happen in a way we don’t expect. I love it when God does things His way, and not our expected way.
