It is Monday September 15, 2025, and my soul is on fire with this warning: We can’t move on so soon from our outrage over Charlie Kirk. No, we should not just go on with our lives.
Yes, the alleged shooter Tyler Robinson is in custody. But this is only the beginning.
We dare not repeat the mistakes of 9/11. Remember how we quickly blamed ourselves instead of radical Islam? They called in grief counsellors way too soon.
Americans asked stupid questions like, “What did we do to make them so mad? Our enemies mocked our ‘battered-wife syndrome’.
We filled churches for a while. We sang the national anthem at ball games with a little more passion—for a while. But natural outrage gave way to routine.
Our leaders got over it so quickly they failed to investigate. What was the master plot that incinerated 3,000 Americans at the World Trade Center?
It was our emotional self-loathing that elected Obama.
We were incurious and naïve. And so eager to believe the ridiculous:
-A ragtag group of Saudi’s took some flying lessons.
-With no outside help, they got two jetliners.
-Those jets were enough to bring down two 1,170 foot tall steel framed fortresses? Are you kidding?
In fact, it was our emotional self-loathing that elected Obama. He was the most biblically hostile president in history. The Bible says, “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan. -Proverbs 29:2
We have been groaning for so many years. Now we have a chance to end it by laying the axe to the root. And by the church rising up with one voice.
Then, we surrendered our most powerful position to someone who hated America as much as the terrorists did. Try explaining that to future generations.
Obama took over where the terrorists of 911 left off.
And yes, Obama invented islamophobia to keep us from exposing terrorism.

Last night I saw a candle light vigil in my town in south central Pa. About 250 people, all for Charlie.. a third were young people, teens. I see hope.
